New Client Starter 3-Session Package
Initial Session (1 Hour): Introduction to your caregiving situation, answer your/your family’s immediate questions, and determine plan for continued individual and/or family services.
Second Session (2 Hours): I will provide verbal and written material of desired topics of dementia and dementia-related care discussed during the initial session for all individuals present.
Third Session (1 Hour): We will review material discussed during the previous session to provide any needed clarification or expansion of given information. For individuals or families that wish to continue with my services, we will discuss a plan for continued consultation services on a session-by-session basis as your schedule allows.
If you are an individual seeking consultation services for yourself and/or your family, I can come to your home for your convenience. However, we can also meet within the community per your preference. There are several meeting locations within the community to host individual or family sessions.
If you work with a healthcare facility or other community organization, I will travel to your location to speak with individuals, small groups, large groups, as well as participate in larger community events.
I will be providing services within Hancock County, Indiana as well as the following surrounding counties: Hamilton, Madison, Henry, Rush, and Shelby.
